The local catch they offer includes king prawns (cooked and raw), Moreton bay bugs, sand crabs, mud crabs, shell oysters, sea mullet, summer whiting, tailor, school and Spanish mackerel, bream, snapper and flathead. All of which is subject to availability and season. They specialise in local seafood, however they source market products such as fish, squid, mussels and scallops to supplement our local supply.
