The Little Ship Club invites you to celebrate their 73rd anniversary with a Sailpast and Commodore's at Home event on Saturday, 21 September 2024.
In honouring their naval heritage, they are pleased to welcome Patron Commander Rose from HMAS Moreton, who will be in attendance. The fleet will also receive a blessing from the Chaplain of the Naval Association Qld section.
The Little Ship Club began as a Volunteer Coastal Patrol and Naval Auxiliary Patrol unit, with members generously donating their time and boats to help keep Queensland waters safe.
This year, they also commemorate 80 years since the winding down of the NAP flotilla and personnel in August/September 1944.
Members and guests are invited to come along for the Sailpast and a 'Blessing of the Fleet' while enjoying spectacular views and dining at the waterfront venue.
