Redland Coast Blues Festival

The Rotary Club of Capalaba has been staging this community event that was commenced to provide a significant event in Capalaba in 2014. With support from Redland City Council, this year's event is presented after several months of research bringing new branding, a headline act, a new venue and a partnership with Redland Museum for free entry to the museum for ticket holders with over 10,000 attendees at its highest.

The event features live Blues Music from 12 noon to 9 pm, roving entertainers in changeover breaks, children's activities, food stalls and a bar. Attendees bring chairs/rugs etc. pick a spot and stay for as long as they like.

The Rotary Club could not present this event without support from their Rotary and Community Volunteers Team. Profits from this year's event will go to disadvantaged projects in the community.
