You can create a 3D flower or your own design.
Under the guidance of Silversmith Jemica Ostrofski, learn how to design and fabricate textured flower jewellery using recycled metals.
The basic metalsmithing and silversmithing techniques of mark-making, hand sawing and soldering will be explored using various hammers, letter stamps, number stamps and other tools. You will have the opportunity to add your creative touches to your design along the way, while learning key techniques and skills.
The workshop will run for 4 hours during which you will be making 1-2 finished 3D designs and includes:
Sheet of recycled Aluminium/Copper/Brass/Sterling Silver for hardware if needed
Findings to turn your creation into jewellery
Industrial strength glue
Apron to wear during the workshop
Gift Box / Pouch to store and take home your creations in
