The Little Ship Club's much-loved Pig-n-Prawn Day returns on Saturday 14 June in One Mile, North Stradbroke Island – a fun-filled waterfront event for just $10 per adult (kids enter free).
From 11am, enjoy fresh seafood, live music, and five entertaining pig races in one of Straddie's most iconic locations.
This year's event supports the Club's Pontoon Save-A-Thon – raising funds to restore the much-loved waterfront pontoon and ensure safe, ongoing access for boaties and visitors alike.
The races are run by Noah's Thoroughbred Racing Pigs, with a Calcutta-style auction for each race. Bid on your favourite pig – if it wins, you'll take home half the prize money, with the other half going to the pontoon repairs.
Enjoy local prawns straight from the trawler, a sizzling sausage sizzle, and a delicious pig on the spit.
Live music by crowd favourites Incognito will keep the vibe going, and there'll be plenty of fun for the kids too, with face painting, balloon animals and room to play.
Pig-n-Prawn Day is one of the most entertaining events on the Straddie calendar – so gather your mates and join us for a day of food, fun and community spirit.
Bookings are essential as this is a ticketed event – don't miss out!
